TOP EARTH ENTERPRISE CO.,LTD. was established in Taiwan in 1979 under the name of WUU SONG Enterprise Co.,Ltd. In 1990, a shareholder change resulted in the new name of “TOP EARTH Enterprise Co.,Ltd.”. This year, TOP EARTH walks into twenty-fourth year of experiences producing windshield wiper blade, arm , and refill.TOP EARTH has come a long way from its humble beginning of five workers and three belt-type stamping presses, with a current workforce of fifty factory workers and production equipment including rubber mixing and molding machinery , automated hydraulic presses, and automatic paint/power coat facilities. TOP EARTH consists of five maindeparments: Prduction, Sales, R&D, Finance, and Human Resources. TOP EARTH is one of the most vertically integrated production of windshield wipers worldwide,with in-house tooling design and development; international procurement of rew materials; rubber formula determination, mixing and molding; stamping, assembly and coating of all metal componets,and extensive testing and R&D facilities.Having undergone twenty-four years of continuous improvement of production technology, research & development of new products, and product quality.
